SILKSCREEN PRINTING

This is one of the company’s areas of excellence thanks to the use of advanced technologies and a wide range of solutions, from electrostatic flocking systems to sublimation printing, from InkJet printing machines with pigment dyes to automatic 6-color printing. These resources, coupled with the invaluable experience of specialized workers, allow the company to provide sophisticated, customized silkscreen printing to meet any requirement.

The company’s production processes are characterized by versatility, efficiency, dynamism and attention to detail thanks to the skilled craftsmanship and innovative techniques used. GRAPHIC DESIGN DEPARTMENT

The department has a team of 5 embroidery digitizers, 2 in-house graphic designers and 3 sales staff, who work to transform every idea into reality, from initial talks with the customer to actual creation of the embroidery or print. The graphic design department’s archive, which houses over 1,000 embroidered prototypes, testifies to invaluable experience and the tireless pursuit of new creative solutions.

RICAMIFICIO GS’S PRODUCTION CAPABILITY:

 

  • Two laser bridge systems for intaglio embroidery,
  • machines for application of chains, beads, multicolored sequins, rhinestones, studs and pearls with thermo-adhesives and rivets
  • Forty multi-head machines, coiling machines, for finishing and embroidery in terry stitch and chain stitch, all-over embroidery and quilting, machines for application of beads with an embroidery area ranging from 50x125cm to 120x145cm
  • Staff specialized in extremely fine hand embroidery
